Welcome to the Big Band Charts Group. Applicants and current members should read these principles and our Do-Not-Trade policy. They help us keep the group useful, respectful, and fair to the people who create and publish music.

1. Be courteous. Treat other members with respect, including when you disagree.
2. Stay on topic. Keep group posts and shared material relevant to big bands, charts, performances, and related work.
3. Respect rights in music and recordings. Share only material you have the right to share under applicable law and BBCG policy. If you are unsure, ask a moderator first.
4. Follow the Do-Not-Trade policy. Do not request or share full charts still available for authorized purchase. Check the current policy before requesting or supplying a chart.
5. Keep your member information accurate. Applicants must provide their real given and family names, a reachable telephone number, and their city and state/province/country. Current members should review and update these details whenever they change. We do not ask for a street address, and you may choose a different display name.
6. Keep your information current. Update your profile when your contact details change, and respond if a moderator needs to clarify an application or group issue.
